Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Service is embarking on a transformative journey, and we need a visionary Principal Practitioner to lead the way in Mildura! π
πΉ Job Details:
- π Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract, SCHADs 8 (with an option for a 4-day work week)
- π Brand New Role: Despite previous interest, this is a fresh opportunity for the right candidate!
- π Subject Matter Expert: MUST possess expert knowledge in family violence and direct sector experience, serving as the go-to authority on family violence, particularly victim-survivor support.
- π Educational Requirement: Bachelor's of Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential.
- π€ Collaborative Role: Work closely with the Principal Practitioner of Sexual Assault to drive practice development, provide secondary consultations, deliver training sessions, and implement new procedures and strategies aligned with Family Violence reforms.
- π Location Flexibility: While based in Mildura, occasional travel may be required to support all service locations.
- π Professional Development: Receive training in reflective practice and have access to an external supervisor to support your growth.
- π Career Progression: Ideal for candidates with 5+ years of Family Violence experience, ready to advance their careers without the need for prior leadership experience.
