About the Role:
A rewarding opportunity is available for a committed Primary teacher to join a large F-6 school in Tarneit, located in Melbourne's West, in a full-time, permanent position starting Term 2. This role is focused on instructing students in the middle/upper years, and welcomes both new graduates and experienced educators.
Key Duties
- Cultivate effective collaboration with fellow teachers in the middle/senior school teaching cohort.
- Formulate thorough lesson plans, assessments, and curriculum materials that closely adhere to Victorian curriculum standards.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to continuous professional growth and development, staying informed about the evolving educational landscape.
- Embrace and uphold the school's educational philosophy, seamlessly integrating it into both teaching practices and personal ethos.
Skills & Experience:
- Completed relevant Qualifications in Education
- Maintain a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Demonstrate previous experience in teaching Primary advantageous
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
