Are you ready to lead with passion and purpose in the heart of Swan Hill? π Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Service is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee therapeutic, case management, and crisis services, supporting individuals affected by family violence and sexual assault. πΉ Job Details:
- π Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract, SCHADs 8, ONSITE (no WFH options)
- πΊ Gender Preference: Services are geared towards female-identifying clients.
- π Psychometric Test Requirement: Candidates will be asked to undergo a psychometric test.
- π Leadership Role: Essentially the PM on the ground, reporting to Jason in Mildura.
- π₯ Team Oversight: Oversee approximately 20 staff, with 3 direct reports.
- π Service Focus: Family Violence Crisis, Case Management, Counselling, and TOD (although TOD technically has its own leadership team).
- π Educational Requirement: Bachelor's of Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential.
