​About my role...

I recruit in the corporate services space, so my day is split nicely between conducting interviews, speaking to clients and candidates and just making sure I'm matching the best candidates with clients which is something I take real pride in.

A valuable lesson I've learnt from my professional experience is... 

Every day is a school day! I'm always keen to learn and develop hence deciding to make the move over from northern England to come and experience Australia... and I've loved every minute.

My your favourite thing about working at Tradewind is... 

The people and the sector! I love working in the not-for-profit space and speaking with great people on a daily basis, who are genuinely passionate about making a difference.

My favourite hobbies / passions outside of work are...

Like a lot of people my interests outside of work revolve around sport and exercise, usually playing football (soccer!) but also I have signed up to Melbourne marathon and since then running is becoming a real interest of mine.
