What do you do at Tradewind?

I register the candidates, send them onboarding packs, follow up on compliance documents and ensure the candidates are compliant before they are made active and placed in roles. I also provide customer support to candidates throughout the entire process. We also run various checks for compliance purposes.

Serve as you wish to be served and investing in relationships - I want to provide our customers with the best experience possible and would like to serve them with the same care and quality of service that I would expect from others. Quality of service matters the most, leaving a lasting impression and defines the customer experience. It also helps in building positive relationships and encourages trust in us as consultants.

We respond to each call with the same passion. We keep the customers best interest at the heart in every interaction. We look to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and clients alike, while ensuring we are compliant at all times.
